Frequently Asked Questions

  • We provide outpatient medication management for children, adolescents, and adults. We also provide brief therapy and collaborate with therapists, schools, and other healthcare providers, when needed, to support a comprehensive treatment plan.

  • We welcome patients aged four years and up and have experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, autism spectrum disorders, and more.

  • While we focus primarily on medication management, we often engage in brief therapy with patients when needed. We also work closely with licensed therapists and psychologists in the community. If therapy would be helpful for your care, we are happy to refer you.

  • You can start the process by clicking this link or the New Patient Appointment button on our website. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

  • Please bring:

    • A valid photo ID

    • Your insurance card (if applicable)

    • A list of your current medications

    • Any relevant medical or psychiatric records

    • Completed new patient forms that we will send before your appointment

  • We currently accept most major insurance plans, including:

    • BCBS MS

    • Aetna

    • Cigna

    • United Healthcare

    • Medicare

    • Medicaid

    We are happy to verify your benefits and help you understand your coverage.

  • The fastest way to contact your provider is to send them a message at frontoffice@infocuspsych.com or through our contact page. We ask that you allow up to 48 hours for a response. For urgent concerns, please call the office directly.

  • We understand that things come up. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid no show fees.
